We decided to put our first house up for sell this past fall as we saw the housing market starting to crash. We needed something bigger but didnt think we'd sell it after watching all the other homes around us sit forever. We were so blessed to sell in a month! We moved into a rental townhome November until we find our next house. I have to say cheap rent and no maintenance is wonderful! So many great memories in this house- bringing Brenna home, watching the cops come to our neighbors every other day, buying real furniture in our bedroom, superman jumping off the staircase, naked trampoline hose dancing, learning to run on rocks in the backyard, sharing our sandbox with black widows, Chad trying to keep the kids out of my music lessons, laying on the driveway watching storms roll in, big white truck comin around the corner, Fellinghams-the best neighbors ever. On to bigger and better things! Just wanted to remember our first place..

The one great thing about our new place is the first floor is my music studio- nice little waiting area that leads straight into the piano room. No more scrambling to pick up toys before parents come.

We have a major road in back of us, so already making funny memories as we hear anything and everything at all hours.

Your first house looks(ed) great. I guess I didn't realize that you are an established family with real furniture and things like that. You are all grown up, moving on to a new house.
And by the way, I love the naked trampoline picture.
Naked Trampoline picture is by far my favorite! Your house is all decorated so cute. Glad that you will now be able to have your music lessons with out feeling like you need to do a whirlwind clean up job on the house before your students get there.
Your house was so adorable, no wonder it sold so fast especially in this market!!! and i love the naked tramp pic it is so cute!!!
