Fun in Dallas

Visiting our favorite place ever!  Can't believe we haven't been back since before I was pregnant with Natasha.  There is really no place like home.  We had a great time!  It went something like this..
 golfing with gramps,
 laying out,
 camping in the backyard,
 cheering for the Rangers,
 cleaning some teeth,
Rainforest(hands down best Chinese chicken salad EVER! just sayin)
getting balls signed by Phil Mickleson and Keegan Bradley,
chasing the sharks at the aquarium
trying out the new swing from grandma,
pounding on the piano,

visiting Uncle Brett and Aunt Britt super cool downtown apartment,

building at LegoLand,
AND LOTs and LOTs of swimming in the best pool ever!!
 Check out those thighs...

Thank you grandma and grandpa for once again spoiling us rotton!!  We LOVE visiting and wish we just lived closer.

Dee got hitched!

We got to head down to Dallas to attend the wedding my Diana and Reed!  I am so happy for them.  Reed is a stud and will fit right in with our family.  Its also a bonus that he is from Dallas as well.
The whole family actually got to attend their first date back in November right after Brett's wedding.  He got to tag along as we visited the lights at temple square.  We knew he would be a keeper.

These two are obsessed with Texas sports.  They even attended a Rangers game on their honeymoon.  Crazy!!  but we love them ;)
Always the best part of the trip--the airplane ride!!
Girls night out getting our nails done!
Shannon, Brett's wife Brittany, Diana, Brenna and myself
Sealed May 11th 2012 in the Dallas Temple for time and all eternity
Fancy french themed reception at the Four Seasons.  Hardly took any photos since we had the photographer there.  Cant wait to get some back!

Aw I love this.  Thank you Diana for setting a great example for my girls.  Living worthily and being sealed in the temple is what its all about!

Spring Recital

Tuning up!  Love our spring recitals at Hopper Piano.  Every student performs a classical piece then we pull out the costumes and they each play and dress up to their favorite fun piece!
 Always SO excited to perform.
Jace performed The Two Grenadiers from Suzuki Book 2
Can't believe its been over a year ago that we started!  He is a lot better than I was at that age.
 Group performance of Allegro
Bach Double with my cute student Kyrsten
Jace performed "Grenade" by Bruno Mars
so cool ;)
Rowan, Jace, and Brenna celebrating with treats after recital

Summer is here!

Lucky Chad got invited on a fishing trip with one of his employees.  I'm just glad he didn't fall in after a shark.  Now we have a couple freezers full of fish yummmm!

Natasha baby- 7 months already!!  Doesn't her hair look kind of red?  Im praying for a red headed girl like Jace and like my best friend Elizabeth.  I'll keep praying....(it'll probably turn blond)
Opening day of the pool!!  Bestest friends ;)

 Bring on the freckles!!!

Busy boy!

It has been so much fun to watch Jace grow up this past year and develop his talents.  Jace is such a good kid-always tries his best at everything he does, never complains, and listens carefully.

2nd season on the Yankees!  Great boy bonding time between father and son.  They always go an hour early to practice together.  Jace always got on base and scored for his team.  Brenna always managed to cover herself in dirt and mom got to entertain baby the whole game.
If anyone knows Chad, you know that Jace is destined to play golf.
Teaching his sister how to golf...(or play baseball, not sure which!)
Jace at his school carnival.  We totally didn't think he would climb so high but he did!  Proud of you dude for never giving up, even when it looks scary
Mommies proud moment ;)  Jace was the only kindergartener to perform at the school talent show.  He play The Two Grenadiers accompanied by his momma(who actually had to practice!)  He was SO excited to perform.  He has been counting down the days until our spring recital too.  Crazy kid!

I could only load about half the song.  What a neat experience to get to play together.  Love my little dude!!
