and dedicate a post to my dog Biscuit. She is the cutest, smartest dog you've ever seen. I just bought a home for her so she can come back and live with us in NC. Thank you mom for adopting her while we were renting. She will once again love me more than you.

1st swim lessons

My favorite place in the world! Too bad I only got to experience a few years of this backyard before I headed off to college. My mom revamped the pool this year with a new waterfall and built in grill. Can I move back in mom?

Dallas trip highlights

Went on our annual month long summer vacation to visit grandma and grandpa T! ok lets be honest here, I wanted to see my dog. Mom has been keeping her while we have been renting the past 9 months. It is always such a relaxing wonderful trip. We are so lucky to have Aunt Shanny the "dancing queen", poppa Stevo to fix our teeth and show us shark week, and Grandma Lisa to sing with around the piano and shop with!

Highlight!! Visiting with my best friend growing up, Lindsay. Amazing how you can go years without seeing someone but the second you meet back up, we are as close as ever. She watched Brenna while the family hit the opening day of Eclipse! (mixed reviews on that one- need to see it again to decide)

We watched a nest full of baby birds on the back deck. looks like they all prematurely jumped and died but it was still neat to show the kids before that happend.
