Family

I feel so overwhelmingly thankful for my little family. It has been so nice to be forced to slow down these last few months and enjoy time with these special spirits. My favorite thing is to watch how they interact with each other and help each other out. Jace is always bringing home Brenna something from the treat box at school instead of getting something for himself. Brenna is always waiting on the front steps to wave at her big brother as the bus drives by. Jace will always volunteer to make up the bottle and Brenna is the best at getting the diaper stuff ready. AND there is healthy does of screaming and teasing along with it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a mom(and I remind Chad when he is out of town- not a single mom..just a mom).

Brenna rocked her little sis to sleep and was very concerned about being "stuck" forever

We decided to take the kids for FHE to visit the Raleigh temple which is about 50 min away. I love teaching them about forever families and how important it is to prepare for the temple. Sweet memory with the fam--along with a stop at Dickies and Toys r us. Gotta bribe them some how!

Boy stuff

Soccer season #2 is done! Sadly I only got to see the very last game because I was home with a newborn. Jace did great this time around and was always one of the top scorers.

He was on the same team as his buddies Cameron Pulley and Ben Nichols

Happy 1 month old

My little sweetheart has reached the one month mark. We have all completely fallen in love with her. She only cries when you change her diaper or if the bottle doesn't come fast enough. She chugs down 5 oz already- super duper messy eater. We are fluctuating between 2-3 hours of sleep at a time. She is as happy as can be when you're talking to her. She just creates such a sweet spirit in our home.

Poppa Stevo came to visit! He successfully handled the 1am feeding so mom and dad could sleep. She loves snuggling on his huge bear chest. They are best buds already.
