So although Chad looks like he really has been dead for 100 years, he was a sweetheart to do it. We got to sport our looks at our friends Dave and Lori's awesome halloween party.

My new favorite city

Chad finally decided to let us tag along on one of his business trips. A 6 hour drive with two kids probably is not the smartest thing but I thought we were entitled to a family adventure. Plus I just started watching The Real Houswives of Atlanta on Bravo TV. I was pumped! Here are some highlights:

Where in the world is...

Since I'm treating this blog like a journal, I wanted to document what our extended family is up to as of today, Sunday Oct 5, 2008. Chad will do an update on his family soon.

MY FAMILY:

Steve- racking up big cases at the dental office, going to little villages in the backwoods of the Dominican Republic doing humanitarian dental work, entering uncharted territory with his weight loss goals, traveling every weekend(thanks to byu football), going crazy with no boys in the house, looking at cars on the Internet, working at the temple every week.

Lisa- planning the next trip to see her kids, going on adventures with Shannon and Dad (Dominican Republic dental humanitarian), serving in the Stake Relief Society Presidency, watching Glenn Beck, reading a good book in the bathtub, answering my 5th phone call of the day.

Brett-handsome 22 year old getting ready to apply for dental school at the end of the school year, playing ball and every girl up at BYU but still in need of a wife, earning money refereeing bball games

Diana- 18 and loving it, assistant office manager at a dental office up near Provo, cooking dinner with Brett every Sunday, going to the gym and decorating her new apartment, going on 2-3 dates a weekend.

Shannon- 8th grader ruling the school, spreading herself out over the whole upstairs, facebooking, shopping, practicing piano, singing in a theatre group.

Ruby and Lily- Maltese sisters ruling the house, hiding from Steve, waiting to go check the mail

Pretzels with extra flavor

So Jace's new favorite food is pretzels since we have gotten the economy size BJ's special. He'll climb up the counters, pantry, fridge in search of them. I hid them good though this afternoon.

So I was on the floor playing with Brenna and I noticed Jace chewing on something. There was NO WAY that he could have reached the pretzels. I look again and he reaches into the back of his undies and pulls out another pretzel. ugh yummy! Little stinker hid a handful in his underwear before I put the jar up. They seriously must have been in there for hours. Im sure that is something he learned from his father...
