A Bedford Halloween

One of the best things about our new house is the neighborhood. People come from all over to trick or treat here. Amazing decorations, good candy, hot chocolate at the clock tower. Grandma and Grandpa got to come and experience it as well!

We ran out of 5 huge bags of candy in less than 45 minutes.

First Tooth

Jace lost his first tooth! well not exactly lost....

more like head-butted out by someone.....

The tears stopped immediately when I explained about the tooth fairy. Jace was so excited that it took the tooth fairy 4 tries to sneak into his room!

2nd soccer season

Our best friends and neighbors decided to ditch us and head to the promise land(utah). Had to dedicate a post to them. most amazing people you'll ever meet hands down!!

we will miss taco bell, Kayla mauling our children, inappropriate comments, HAZEL, funky pj pants, dessert, the Bachelor, bike crashing, bike selling, The Box, super duper positive attitudes, Biscuits boyfriend, rolo pretzel things, monthly carpet cleaning, loud laughter and many more things I dont want my mom reading.

Birthdays- Big 3-0 and 5

Im married to an old man...Hot but old. Chad turned 30 this past August! He bought himself a new house for his bday. Poor guy worked all day but did get to eat his favorite meal, shrimp and grits...and I bought him a ceiling fan.

Shannon has the biggest mouth in the whole world.

Spiron man Jace Mecham Barnes turned 5 years old! We just missed the kindergarten cut off but will be happy when he is the biggest in sports.

It was a special day for Jace because his birthday was also his first day of preschool. He happily brought Spiderman fruitsnacks and wore his awesome Spiderman pin. He loves school at Ms Jans and is very unhappy when I have to come pick him up.

We held his party at dads softball game since most of his little friends were there cheering on their dads. Water balloons, whistles, and cupcakes!

Yes I have become one of those annoying friends that has not updated their blog in forever! I do have an excuse though. We moved into a new house in September and finally just got internet to load pictures. So lots of updates to come....

and dedicate a post to my dog Biscuit. She is the cutest, smartest dog you've ever seen. I just bought a home for her so she can come back and live with us in NC. Thank you mom for adopting her while we were renting. She will once again love me more than you.
